Installation and Testing

Tamarack’s technicians are experienced and committed to providing prompt, effective answers to your service and operational questions. From Tamarack’s standard equipment to application-specific, custom installations, it is our goal that you become an expert in meeting your end-users’ production requirements. Our service technicians work closely with you to complete each equipment installation, perform training and testing on-site for successful operation, and, most importantly, are readily available to your operators long after the sale to provide expert advice as your production needs change and develop.

Experienced Technicians

Tamarack’s service technicians are part of our in-house mechanical and electrical assembly team, field trained with deep technical knowledge of all equipment. Our technicians provide servo-programming expertise and ensure that all of your special requirements are met. Our sales, engineering and service staff work together to address your questions and on-going production requirements.

Equipment features can be added modularly as your production needs change, or your market develops. We promptly provide equipment parts for upgrades or replacement, produced with a strict level of quality control by our experienced machining staff.

Advanced Training

Tamarack offers advanced training sessions at your plant or at Tamarack’s facility. These sessions are helpful to train new operators, to assist you as you take on new jobs or new production requirements, to offer approaches to increase production speeds or reduce job change-over time.
