A roll of RFID labels, tickets, or tags is brought to the EZ RFID Encode, the inlay is encoded, tested and locked (if required). Communicating with the reader/encoder, and inket system then marks any labels which do not pass the testing protocol.

Finally, the label roll is slit (if multi-lane) and rewound into finished RFID-enabled, fully encoded and locked labels.

Speeds up to 200 FPM

Speed is inlay, pitch, and data-dependant. Speed example presuming 5/8″ UFH inlay (test, encode EPC, verify, lock)”
