P500
Affix labels,
scratch-offs, holograms, windows, laminates, hang tag reinforcements,
security/anti-theft devices; create integral cards and labels.
The Tamarack® P500
is installed on presses, such as Mark Andy, Aquaflex, and Propheter. The
P500 feeds a roll of material to length, cuts off, and affixes the patch
in registration onto the carrier web. The P500 offers excellent +/- 1/32"
(.5 mm) registration and speeds up to 500 ft/min (130m/min). And, the
P500 can be custom designed and produced to meet special project requirements.
Standard features include a feed unit, vacuum applicator, and cut-off
unit. Options include a hot melt unit, integral die cut unit, and additional
unwind.
